Hours for the Kirby Science Discovery Center,
Visual Arts Center and Box Office:
Tuesday–Saturday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday: 12–5 p.m.
Monday: Closed

Hours for The WP Café:
Tuesday–Friday: 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Sunday: 12–3 p.m.
Monday Closed:

Hours for the Parlour:
Tuesday–Saturday: 11 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday: 12–5 p.m.
Monday: Closed

Fall + Winter Museum Hours

The museums are closed on Mondays from Sept. 14, 2026, through April 5, 2027, with select Monday openings during school breaks and holidays.

Museums will be open on these Mondays:

  • Jan. 18
  • Feb. 15
  • March 1
  • March 29

Regular museum hours apply on all open dates.

All areas of the Washington Pavilion and Orpheum Theater Center are closed on:

Easter Sunday
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

The primary Box Office for the Orpheum Theater is located at the Washington Pavilion at 301 S. Main Ave. and will follow Washington Pavilion Box Office hours.

The Box Office at the Orpheum Theater typically opens 2 hours before show time.

The in-person Box Office for 3e Encore Guest Services is located at the Washington Pavilion at 301 S. Main Ave. and will follow Washington Pavilion Box Office hours.
